Natural Rubber/TEF and RedRubber/PTFE Seals
- Natural rubber temperature resistant from - 40 °C to 120 °C
- RedRubber/PTFE from - 40 °C bis 160 °C
- Natural rubber is more difficult to penetrate than RedRubber and has a higher particle formation
- RedRubber and butyl show less fragmentation than natural rubber
- Natural rubber is ideal for multiple injections due to its good resealing properties, but not as clean as RedRubber or Butyl
Silicone/PTFE Seals
- Temperature resistant from - 60 °C to 200 °C
- Preferably for single injections only
- Different hardnessesto suit the respective needle types
- Cleaner than natural rubber, RedRubber or butyl
- Silicone septa coated on both sides for low particle formation during penetration
