Cleanroom wipes, pre-saturated, Spec-Wipe® 3

Suitable for use in Class 1000, ISO 6, M4.5 cleanrooms.

These non woven wipes made from 45% polyester and 55% cellulose are designed for cleaning laminar flow benches, cleanroom surfaces, and general process equipment. The wipe is pre-saturated with semiconductor grade solvent (70% IPA / 30% DIW) for safe storage, mixing, and dispensing.

• Re-sealable pouches maintain product integrity, preserve cleanliness and saturation levels
• Pre-saturated wipes reduce solvent use, chemical blending and waste
• Hydroentangled without using chemicals, reduces ionic contamination

Properties above reflect the data for the wipe in an unsaturated state. Wipes are manufactured using USP grade IPA (isopropanol) filtered to 5 μm.
