Cell culture chambers LAB-TEK II Nunc

Culture chamber with 1, 2, 4 or 8 compartments fixed on a 26 x 76 mm microscope slide, equipped with a covering lid. Sterilised by gamma irradiation. Principle: the culture develops in the compartments. Then it is just a case of removing the chamber from the slide and and possibly putting a coverslip over it. The frosted rim of the slide is designed for labelling. Lab-Tek II: The chamber is fixed with adhesive. The hydrophobic edges of each chamber prevent cross-contamination.

Two surface types:

Non-fluorescent glass
From glass CC2: Chemically modified surface, amplifies the adherence of known difficult cells (eg neurons). Preservation at room temperature
